Closure Structure

Friction tuck end boxes:

Friction tuck end closure boxes are normally used for small, light weight day to day items such as pharmaceutical products. These boxes boast medium level sealing strength. The sealing action is accomplished and maintained using the friction of the tuck, locking the dust flap, tongue and panels together.

Seal end panel:

In Seal End panel boxes, the closure is formed by gluing the flap and panels together. These are normally used for industrial packaging process. Seal End boxes provide exceptional strength and security for your product.

1-2-3 Bottom structure:

1-2-3 bottom boxes are mainly used for food, alcohol, cosmetic and retail packaging. These boxes have a closing lock which ensures item safety and they are easily stored.  The bottom of such boxes is rigid and able to hold good amount of load. They can create attractive displays for items as well. It is also called Snap-lock bottom structure.

Auto bottom lock boxes:

Automatic bottom lock boxes are expensive and much more complex than other closure structures. These boxes have the ability to convert in to flat shape and with just a strong push, these boxes can restore to a sealing status. This enables exponentially less time for assembly.
