Shipping Policy

We are obliged to have you as our valuable customer. Please read our shipping policy before placing the order.

General processing & delivery schedule:

The standard terms of shipping for the freight-On-Board Mill are valid on all domestic sales as well as for all international sales, as per the agreed shipping terms & conditions may valid in writing between the buyer and seller shall agreed for the final shipment order.The approximate time of delivery includes a combination of turnaround and shipping time. The ability to request a refund or change the turnaround time will be lost after placing the order.

Please note:

If an order is completed before 5:30 PM, only then the pick up that order will be possible on the same day. Orders completing after 5:30 PM will move to the next day for pick up. Free delivery will only be provided on the days mentioned on the ordering form. If an order is placed before or after the specified delivery day then the order will be scheduled on the next delivery day.

The above mentioned note is also applicable for same day turnaround time. The right to print same day product turnaround is reserved by PrintingYourBox.
Failure to approve die line and artwork due to changes or lack of response to email or phone calls will delay your order.

All customized boxes order and confirmation before 1:00 PM will be processed and prepared before 1:00 PM on the fourth day or on the seventh day after confirmed receipt. In case of group shipping, at least one more additional day may be added to the selected delivery time.  

Our general delivery time is 10-14 working days after receiving the receipt of your order and they will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. It is possible for delivery delays to occur due to any disasters.

Shipping rates:

PrintingyourBox does not charge any shipping costs for usual orders.

 Taxation Policy:

All applied Government taxes are the sole responsibility at the customer end.

Damages:

PrintingYourBox will not be responsible for any breakage, mishap, misshape or loss that may occur during shipping. Please contact the Shipment carrier in case of damaged goods to file a claim. All Packaging materials and damaged goods, including all proof material must be presented in case of filing a claim.
