Can changes in quantity be made after the quote has been issued?
Yes, Changes can be made until the order has been finalized and payment has been made.

How long does it take for products to be shipped and produced?
The turnaround time for our Standard Orders is 15 business days from the day the order is confirmed. However, if you are in desperate need of packaging materials, then you can place a Rush Order which will take from 5 to 10 days. A Rush Order will cost you slightly more, but it will reach you in lesser time.
Can custom boxes be ordered aside from the ones provided on the web site?
Yes you can order by selecting the type of the box you require in order custom boxes and the following the above mentioned procedure in FAQ, question 1.
How many colors are available in printing?
We provide CMYK, CMYK + 1 PMS color, CMYK + 2 PMS colors, Plain Brown / White kraft with Special Colors(Metallic Gold , Metallic Silver).
What are the lowest and maximum points of cardstock available?
We provide from10PT to 28PT – 60lb to 400lb Kraft, Cardboard and Corrugated.
What is the minimum quantity to be ordered?
The minimum quantity to be ordered is 100 boxes per order.

What is SBS?
Solid bleached board (SBB) or solid bleached sulphate (SBS) is a virgin fiber grade of paperboard.
